Pictures For Smarties

Originally called "Shooting Suburbia", this blog came into being May 1, 2010. Roughly 95% of the pictures posted were taken in and around my neighborhood and my home state of CT. The remaining 5% were of the vacation variety.

I took pictures of whatever struck my fancy at the time: people, places, things, animals, flora and fauna. You name it, I probably took a picture of it. Eventually, this too petered out, but not because of lack of enthusiasm, but more to the point of technological changes. People were slowly switching to digital and places like CVS and Walgreens stopped developing film. This blog went into basic archive status on October 14, 2013 and true archive status on June 1, 2016.
